How the Planning Process Works
You don't have to finalize every song the moment you book. The portal offers a central place to organize the entertainment details as your wedding takes shape.
Request Your Date and Quote
Start with a date availability check or an instant estimate. Our team reviews your requirements before a booking is confirmed.
Confirm Your Booking
Your date is reserved after the electronic entertainment agreement has been signed and the required 25% booking deposit is received. Accepted custom quotes remain subject to their agreed terms.
Access Your Planning Center
Use the client login information provided for your event to open the secure portal. There you can access the planning sections assigned to your booking.
Review the Details Together
Use your submitted details as the foundation for the final music and event-flow discussion. Our DJ will work with you on practical timing, key announcements and venue requirements.

Planning Center FAQs
When do we get access to the Wedding Planning Center?
Portal access is arranged as part of the booking process. The date is not confirmed until your signed agreement and required deposit are received. If you've booked but cannot access your account, contact us.
Can we choose our first dance and other special songs?
Yes. You can provide selections for major reception moments, along with general dance-floor preferences and songs to avoid.
Do we have to pick every song?
No. Share as much or as little detail as you like. Your DJ can handle the broader music flow while respecting the preferences and restrictions you've communicated.
Can guests make song requests at the event?
Requests are welcome when appropriate. Your DJ makes the final selection based on your event preferences, the venue, suitability and the available music.
Does the portal include online payments?
For events where payment access is enabled, your authenticated client portal includes a Payment section. Contact us if the displayed amount or payment details need clarification.
Is wedding ceremony audio included?
Not automatically. Reception-only and ceremony-plus-reception services are separate packages. Your agreement and accepted quote define the services included in your booking.
